At the request of my friend Edgardo Confessore on facebook (a crack of the boomerangs) I leave you some videos and a little information about how is the world cup soccer ball made.
The South African World Cup ball for the 2010 FIFA World Cup, is named Adidas jabulani. Made by Adidas and designed and developed in the University of Loughborough, in the United Kingdom. The word Jabulani means in Zulu: celebrate
The ball is made up of 8 thermally bonded three-dimensional panels, formed from ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) and thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU) to make a perfectly round ball.
